Our partnerships with Team Northumbria, local semi-pro & amateur clubs and the Northumberland RFU can offer you a real opportunity for progression, both in your academic studies and in your Sport.
As a NESA RUGBY UNION Development Centre Student you will receive:
8 – 10 hours per week of top-class coaching in your chosen sport
free gym membership and NESA sports clothing pack
the opportunity to obtain sport-specific coaching, officiating and leadership awards
free professional treatment and rehabilitation for sports injuries
the opportunity to work with elite teams, providing opportunities for progression
the opportunity to compete against people of your own age, locally, regionally and nationally
the opportunity for progression to other top-class sports programmes, including Team Northumbria
free travel to any off-site coaching sessions, and to matches and other competitions
